GiantSled, Inc. ("GiantSled", "we") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide or that we obtain from or about you, including through our processors. This Privacy Notice applies when you use our website at giantsled.com or interact with us apart from our website (such as through telephone calls or emails).

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or method of storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or guarantee the security of any personal information. Any personal information you transmit to us is at your own risk.

This website does not use cookies, does not require user accounts, and does not store visitor information in a database.

Our analytics provider (Plausible Analytics) processes website usage data in aggregate and does not retain information that identifies individual visitors. See Section 4 for details.

If you contact us by email, we retain your correspondence (which may include personal information such as your email address and any details you choose to share) for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our records. In some cases certain personal information may be retained for an extended period of time, or even indefinitely (depending on the circumstances) as follows:
